Every Wednesday we meet at 6:30 for a social 5k run. We meet at the Quadrants on the Fallowfield Loop, Manchester, M19 2SW.
No need to sign up.
Varied pace groups to choose from and beginners are very welcome.
Theres plenty of time to socalise, as most of our runs end at a pub.
